How do I add an item for sale?

Open Warehouse, tap Add item, fill in photos/details/price, then publish.

When will I receive payout after a sale?

Payout is created after order completion and sent to your configured payout method.

How do reservations work?

A buyer pays a small deposit to reserve the item, then completes checkout before reservation expires.

How can I contact support?

Use Contact staff from listing card or payment screens to open support contact.
