1. Who can book a pickup
Any account with an active storage plan (Starter, Basic, Extended or Family) can schedule a courier pickup. New customers schedule their first pickup as the final step of plan activation. Accounts without an active plan see the same form but the Schedule button is locked until a plan is selected.
2. Where we pick up
Tbilisi and Batumi, every weekday between 10:00 and 20:00. Outside those city limits we accept items at the warehouse drop-off in Tbilisi — same plan, no extra step. New coverage zones are announced on this page when they open.
3. How much it costs
Pickup requires an active storage plan, but there is no separate pickup fee — the courier trip is included in the monthly plan price you already pay, regardless of how many items are in the window. Once an item sells, the standard 7% seller commission applies. Lifting heavy or oversized items (over 30 kg or one of the dimensions over 1.5 m) is by arrangement and may need a second-person crew.
5. What we accept
Clothing, books, kitchenware, small electronics, decor, lamps, mid-size furniture (sofas, chairs, tables, shelving up to 1.8 m), bicycles, sporting goods, musical instruments, vinyl and CDs, and small appliances. We do not pick up perishables, hazardous chemicals, firearms, restricted medication or live animals; the full prohibited list appears in your storage agreement.
