These terms describe how Relomate accepts, stores, lists and sells the items you hand over to us. They form the agreement between you (the seller) and the operator of the Relomate service ("Relomate", "we", "us").
1. What this covers
Relomate operates a managed re-commerce warehouse in Tbilisi, Georgia, with pickup coverage in Tbilisi and Batumi. Once an item is accepted into the warehouse, it stays under our supervision and inventory control until it is sold, returned at your request, or otherwise resolved under these terms. You remain the legal owner of every item until a buyer completes a purchase through the Relomate platform.
2. Intake and listing
Each item is inspected, photographed, weighed and tagged on arrival. A digital intake receipt appears in your account within 24 hours. Listings go live on the Relomate marketplace within 48 hours and are not duplicated to third-party platforms without your written consent. You set the asking price; we may suggest a change, but you are never required to accept the suggestion.
3. Commission and payouts
On a completed sale we retain a 7% seller commission (minimum USD 1) on the final item price. The buyer separately pays a 7% service fee (minimum USD 1) on top. Your net is paid to the linked payout account — bank transfer in GEL or USD by default, USDT (TRC20) on request — within 72 hours after the order is marked delivered and the dispute window closes.
4. Care, insurance and limits
Items in the Relomate warehouse are covered by our policy against loss, theft or damage caused by our staff or premises, up to USD 1,500 per item or your declared value, whichever is lower. We do not insure inherent defects disclosed at intake, damage caused after a buyer handover, or items refused at intake for being perishable, hazardous, illegal under Georgian law, or otherwise impractical to store.
5. Returns and unsold items
You may request the return of any unsold item at any time. We schedule a courier or invite a warehouse self-pickup, at no extra cost, within five business days. If your subscription pauses or ends, items must be collected within 30 calendar days. After 90 days of non-payment and no contact, items may be treated as abandoned under Georgian unclaimed-property law.
6. Suspending or ending the agreement
You may end this agreement at any time from your account or by writing to legal@relomate.llc. We may suspend or end the agreement if you breach these terms, list prohibited goods, or are unreachable for more than 60 days. Material changes to these terms are communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
